• The business unit is given simple, natural language questions about what data they collect, how it’s stored, and for what purpose.

• This data is then used to pre-fill your DPIAs for the privacy team, saving time that can be used on other privacy tasks.

  Based on the business unit’s answers, the ZenPrivata privacy platform gives a risk rating for each data process and DPIA depending on factors like the sensitivity of the data being collected and the number of records collected and processed.

• This allows the privacy team to easily prioritize higher-risk DPIAs and helps the final decionmaker with their sign-off decisions, all of which are handled in the platform.
